Dr. Alj Sparrow, M.D.
Dr. Alj Sparrow graduated from Meharry Medical College and completed her residency in anesthesiology from St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, an affiliate of Columbia University in 1994. She has been working in the surrounding areas of Dallas and Houston for over 20 years.
Dr. Sparrow brings years of experience in anesthesiology and pain management practices. She has worked in several hospitals including Clearlake Regional Hospital and Mainland Hospital Center and several Pain Management clinics in the Houston area. Dr. Sparrow is an active member of prestigious societies such as the American Medical Association (AMA), American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Dr. Ton Ha, D.C. has a great passion for the health and function of the entire body. Dr. Ha, D.C. understands that our body can take stress and damage both inside and out, and uses nutritional supplementation along with chiropractic care to help the body rebuild from the inside out.
From Nutritional Response Testing to Chiropractic treatments and therapies Dr. Ha, D.C. employs a wide range of skills to help this happen. Dr. Ha, D.C. enjoys being active in his community and is dedicated to helping educate people about the benefits of proper nutrition and chiropractic care.
After studying undergraduate sciences at the University of Houston Dr. Ha, D.C. attended Texas Chiropractic College to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic and has been attending seminars and continuing education courses in subjects such as Quantum Neurology, Extremity Adjusting, and Acupuncture to make sure he stays on the cutting edge of patient care.
When he is not taking care of patients Dr. Ha, D.C. enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and his German Shepherd, Treasure.
Dr. Phu Lam, D.P.T.
Dr. Lam leads the rehabilitation team at Houston Regenerative Therapy and is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He specializes in treating musculoskeletal conditions such as back and neck pain, joint injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain, including PFPS and plantar fasciitis.
He also works with complex cases, using a comprehensive, team-based approach to support optimal recovery.
His approach focuses on treating the root cause rather than simply managing symptoms. By combining medical care, rehabilitation, and advanced technology, he provides customized, results-driven treatment plans that help patients regain confidence, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
